The Voice of CCNU In order to expand the employment space and solve the employment problems of graduates, the School of Fine Arts actively responded to the deployment of the Party Committee of the University on the special action of visiting enterprises, expanding positions and promoting employment. On April 29, Fu Yizhao, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Fine Arts, together with Liu Qian, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Li Zijian, a full-time teacher of design science, and all counselors of the graduation grade went to Duoniu World Creative Park and Dazhi Wujie Creative Park at Jiang'an District, Wuhan for visits and research.
Fu Yizhao and his group visited "Wuhan Micro Dream Media Film and Television Creative Company", "Shidianban Cultural Media Co. Ltd.”, “Silk Road Vision Technology Co. Ltd.”, “Wuhan Yiwei Feixing Culture Development Co. Ltd.”, “Wuhan Xingyidong Network Technology Co. Ltd.” and other enterprises to understand in detail the production and operation situations and talent needs information of them. They also had a discussion and exchange with park leaders, business leaders and the comrades in charge of the Jiang'an District Youth League Committee.
At the symposium, Liu Qian, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Fine Arts, introduced the situation of development of the school, professional settings and the situation of recent graduates, expressing the hope that they could take advantage of this action to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation and supply-demand docking, integrating the advantages of both sides of resources, and striving to form a win-win condition where the employment of graduates is promoted and the selection for talents of employers is assisted.
Additionally, the persons in charge of the relevant enterprises introduced basic situations of the enterprises. Combined with the actual job settings and technical needs, they gave specific suggestions on the cultivation of talents in the college, expressing that the enterprises were willing to provide the interns and fresh graduates with employment positions and internship opportunities to practice with generous benefits if the college graduates' majors fit well with the job demands of the enterprises, in order to jointly develop a mutually beneficial and win-win situation of school-enterprise cooperation.
The person in charge of the park said that it will be crucial work to play a good gathering effect of the park, take advantages of resources, and strive to serve an interactive exchange platform for enterprises and the college.
At the end of the seminar, Fu Yizhao, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Fine Arts, concluded this activity. He firstly expressed his gratitude to the Jiang'an District Youth League Committee, the creative park and relevant enterprises for their support and assistance to this visit. He hoped that then both the university and enterprises would further solidify the achievements of cooperation and exchange, establish a normalized interaction mechanism, and build the internship training base of the School of Fine Arts to achieve a "multi-win" in "school, enterprises and students". At the same time, he also extended an invitation to the park and enterprises, welcoming them to visit the college on site, hold recruitment activities and explore outstanding talents.
According to the “Implementation Plan for the Special Action of Visiting Enterprises to Promote Employment in the Academy of Fine Arts”, the Party Committee of the School of Fine Arts has formulated three action routes on visiting enterprises and promoting employment, continuing to organize all resources of the School to do a good job on the special action of visiting enterprises, expanding positions and promoting employment so as to ensure the employment services while preventing and controlling the epidemic as well as the promotion of high-quality employment for graduates.
