On the afternoon of February 28, the donation ceremony of Alumnus Li Jianguo of the School of Mathematics and Statistics was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Building 6. Li Jianguo, the alumnus of 1999 of the School, also the gold medal coach of the Olympic Games of the First Affiliated Middle School of CCNU, Wang Zhong, Secretary of the college Party committee, Zhang Jun and Tian Jun, deputy Secretary of the college Party committee and the representatives of the School attended this ceremony.
Li Jianguo looked back upon his study experience and expressed his appreciation to CCNU. He also expressed his gratitude to every teacher of the School for their selfless dedication and cultivation. He said that he would keep practicing the knowledge and the life’s lessons that the teachers taught him in his work. He also hoped that he could express his thanks to CCNU and try his best to feed back to CCNU through the donation. And he wished the students in CCNU could become more and more and CCNU could become better and better.
Wang Zhong awarded the certificate to Li Jianguo on behalf of the School and thanked him for not forgetting CCNU and conveying gratitude through donations. CCNU is always staying heart to heart with alumni and hopes to further strengthen the contact, care for and support each other and development together. CCNU also welcomes alumni to visit her often.
