Warm Up for the Year of the Ox: School of Information Management Held the First School Meeting of the Spring Semester in 2021

According to the school’s arrangements, the undergraduates of CCNU should return between February 28th and March 1st. On the night of March 1st, the undergraduates of Grade 2017, Grade 2018, Grade 2019, and Grade 2020 from School of Information Management attended their first school meeting in Class N301 and Class N10001. Wang Tao, the deputy Party secretary of the school, and Jiang Keming, Xiao Lixia, Lu Wang, the instructors, and the students attended the meeting.




Beginning at 5:30 pm, The meeting was held in Class N301 and N10001. Firstly, the instructors of each grade delivered their sincere greetings and expressed their warm welcome to the students. Then, they explained the job adjustments and underlined the epidemic prevention, physical-mental health, and other things concerning the new semester. They also answered the students’ questions patiently. What’s more, every grade had prepared the New Year presents and Luck Draw for the students, which made the atmosphere relaxing and lively. The students also expressed their happiness and excitement for the new semester.




Later, Wang Tao delivered the first class to the undergraduates. He said that after the long winter vacation, students should all adapt to the new semester as soon as possible, and take care of their health. Besides, he also hoped that students could fight for their future through reading, questioning and acting, keep their original heart in mind, treasure themselves and friendship, and make clear of their way to achieve a high-quality development. In the end, Wang Tao sent his best wishes of higher scores and stronger body to all the students.
