To consolidate the achievements of the freshmen military training in 2019, enhance the spirit of patriotism and the consciousness to advocate the party and the army as well as reinforce theme education of "remember the beginning, stick to the mission", party committee student work department (people's armed forces department) carried out the theme learning activities in Huang Jiguang and Shang Ganling army which was about” pass on the belief, take on the responsibility”. More than 140 students in Huang Pi district of Wu Han went there by bus including military training stars and outstanding students from 24 different colleges.
为巩固2019级新生军事训练成果，增强新时代青年的爱国主义精神和爱党爱军意识，加强“不忘初心，牢记使命”主题教育，我校党委学生工作部（人民武装部）于12月1 日组织开展主题为“传先烈红色信仰，铸青年时代担当”的赴黄继光连、上甘岭部队参观学习活动，来自24个学院的军训之星、优秀学员等140余名同学乘车前往武汉市黄陂区参加此次活动。
When coming to the Huang Jiguang Company, a line of characters, "carry forward the spirit of Huang Jiguang, strive to be the successors of Huang Jiguang", came into sight firstly. All the passion and blood in the long red river of history rushed out and the cry of all the heroes as well as their sonorous figures appeared just as in front of every student.
初到黄继光连队，“发扬黄继光精神，争做黄继光传人”的一行大字便映入眼帘。红色历史长河中的豪情与热血奔涌而来，英雄的呐喊和铿锵的身影如在眼前。

The first stop of the study tour is the honor room of Huang Jiguang. Interpretations of this admirable soldier were unfolded in three aspects: "hero's footprint and heroic deeds", " hero's company and descendants " as well as " flag of hero and his contributions “. All the students learned that from great past deeds of Huang Jiguang to the Huang Jiguang Company nowadays which has a fine style of work and strict discipline, heroic spirit is everlasting and Chinese soldiers still have a boiling passion. What strikes to our heart was the oath of the sixth company "iron general belief, iron general faith, iron general discipline and iron general responsibility"!
本次参观学习活动的第一站，是黄继光连荣誉室。讲解官兵从“英雄的足迹，英雄的壮举”、“英雄的连队，英雄的传人”、“英雄的旗帜，英雄的业绩”三个方面进行了讲解，从英雄黄继光的伟大事迹到今天作风优良、纪律严明的“黄继光连”，英雄的精神亘古不变，中国军人的热血从未冷却。振聋发聩的，是六连“铁一般信仰、铁一般信念、铁一般纪律、铁一般担当”的誓言！

The second stop of the study tour was the dormitory of sixth class in Huang Jiguang Company, where the old monitor Huang Jiguang used to live. Entering the dormitory, standard postage stamp, tidy clothes and books, clean and transparent mobile phone receives were the first things you might encounter. Besides the marvel at self-discipline of the soldiers, students were deeply moved by their actions. They would make bedclothes of Huang Jiguang open every night and folded them the next morning again, which had been a persistence of the habits and lasted for the decades. This was a kind of ceremony, the ceremony with the respect, the inheritance and the responsibility. This kind of action showed adherence, the original intention as well as the mission, which was foundation making our party and army stand firm in the wind and rain.
本次参观学习活动的第二站，是黄继光连队六班宿舍，也是老班长黄继光床位所在的宿舍。进入黄继光连队六班宿舍，首先映入眼帘的，是标准的豆腐块、整齐有序的衣物和书籍、干净透明的手机收纳盒惊叹于连队官兵自律精神的同时，官兵们每晚将老班长黄继光的铺盖打开，第二天早上又为他叠好的习惯和这数十年如一日的坚持更使同学们深受感动。这是一种仪式，是尊重、传承、担当的仪式，是坚持，是初心，是使命，更是我党我军屹立风雨不动分毫的根基。

The third stop of the study tour is Shang Ganling eighth special achievement company. This is a red army company with a glorious history. In the war years, the company fought bravely and repeatedly defeated enemies. In the Shang Ganling war, a world-renowned battle, all the soldier fought a bloody battle for 43 days and stuck to the tunnel for 14 days and nights. Finally, the battle flag which had 381 bullet holes was planted on the main peak of Shang Ganling. They cast the spirit of Shang Ganling with blood and lives. Through the feelingful explanation of the commentator, tears welled up in the eyes of the students.
本次参观学习活动的第三站，是上甘岭特功八连。这是一支具有光荣历史的红军连队。在战争年代，连队辗转征战，屡建奇功，威震敌胆。在举世闻名的上甘岭战役中，浴血奋战43天，坚守坑道14昼夜，最终将穿有381个弹孔的战旗插上了上甘岭主峰，用鲜血和生命铸就了上甘岭精神。透过讲解官兵掷地有声的讲述，许多同学的眼中泛起了泪花。

After the study tours, a classmate said: "learning through this visit, I was really moved by Huang Jiguang and the warriors of the Shang Ganling war. I admire their insistence and struggle on the battlefield. At the same time, I am proud of all the soldiers who have inherited the spirits of Huang Jiguang as well as Shang Ganling."
参观学习结束后， 有同学这样说道：“通过这次参观学习，我真正被黄继光、上甘岭战役中的战士所打动，钦佩他们当时在战场上的坚持与拼搏，同时我为官兵们对黄继光精神与上甘岭精神的传承而感到骄傲！”。

Students party committee work department of CCNU aimed to consolidate the military training results by making students visiting in the army field and having a specific study of heroic deeds. Meantime, they also wanted to put an end to discredit the heroes, refused to historical nihilism and guided the youth to form the correct values of history. With all of these good qualities, students could inherit the martyrs red beliefs and become a new youth in the new era with the hope that” have ideal, have responsibility and have bear".
鲁迅曾经说过：“惟有民魂是值得宝贵的，惟有他发扬起来，中国才能有新进步。” 英雄的精神，就是我们民族民魂的重要组成部分。“青年一代是民族的希望”，华中师范大学党委学生工作部（人民武装部）此次活动，使学生在对军营的实地参观和对英雄事迹的具体学习的情况下，巩固军训成果，杜绝抹黑英雄的做法，拒绝历史虚无主义，引导青年形成正确的历史价值观，传承先烈红色信仰，培养“有理想，有责任，有担当”的新时代新青年
