According to the unified arrangement of the school party committee, on the afternoon of November 6, 2019, the second inspection group of the party committee of Central China Normal University held a meeting, which was about the inspection work of the party committee of the life sciences Institute & mobilization of economic responsibility audit Zhou Zhenhua, deputy head of the second inspection group of the school party committee, made a speech on the mobilization of the inspection work; Wang Wangsheng, director of the inspection office, put forward requirements for the upcoming inspection work； Wang Jun, deputy director of the audit office, made a speech on the mobilization of economic responsibility audit; Qiu Yuhua, secretary of the party committee of life sciences institute, delivered a speech; and the meeting was presided over by Qiu Baisheng, president of the life sciences institute.
The attendants of the meeting included all the staff of the inspection team, the audit team, and the inspected units’ members of the leading group, the party committee of the party, the discipline inspection committee, and the party branch secretary. Some teachers and student representatives were also invited.
In his speech on the mobilization of inspection work, Zhou Zhenhua pointed out that inspection is a strategic institutional arrangement for inner-party supervision and an useful measure to strictly govern the party in an all-round way. The party committee of the school regards the inspection work as an important starting point of rigidly administering the party, and requires that the results of the theme education about "not forgetting the original aspirations and bearing in mind the mission" should be tested with the effectiveness of the inspection work. He stressed: in the inspection work, we should strengthen our political supervision, highlight our political inspection, closely follow the fundamental task of building people with morality and nurturing, and focus on finding problems. He introduced the composition of the inspection team, the procedural steps and disciplinary requirements of the inspection work, and hoped that the party committee of the life sciences institute and the teachers and students would give their full support, cooperating actively and completing the inspection task successfully.
Wang Wangsheng put forward requirements for carrying out the inspection work of the party committee of the life sciences institute. He hoped that the party committee and team members of the institute would truly unify their ideological understanding and deeply understand the necessity of carrying out the inspection work; earnestly improve their political position and focus on strengthening their consciousness in promoting the inspection work; strengthen their "four consciousness" and constantly stimulate their enthusiasm for supporting the inspection work.
Wang Jun read out the power of attorney of the school party committee, carrying out the economic responsibility audit of the main responsible comrades of the life sciences institute's party and government, and explained the nature of the work and the steps of the audit.
In his speech, Qiu Yuhua said: the Party Committee of the school will improve its political position, strengthen strict administration of the Party, and resolutely implement the requirements of political inspection and economic responsibility audit; actively support and cooperate, strengthen responsibility, and ensure the smooth development of inspection and audit work during the session; conscientiously rectify and implement it, perfect its governance structure, and promote the healthy development of the cause of the college and the legitimate and efficient operation of the economy.
