The Sports Meeting of CCNU has come to a close, from which I have learned a lot. As a voluntary judge of the sports meeting for the first time, I have gained a precious experience of taking on new challenges and a deeper understanding of the joy when giving others a hand.
华中师范大学运动会已落下帷幕，我从中收获颇丰。在这次运动会中，我第一次担当运动会的志愿裁判，获得了一段宝贵的迎接新挑战的经历，对于帮助他人的幸福感也有了更深刻的理解。
A challenge knocked my door unexpectedly when the opening ceremony of the sports meeting was on. I suddenly found that the schedule of my job as the voluntary judge was collided with that of my duty of the Student Union. Though I was really upset, I tried to calm myself down and hurried to turn to one of my roommates for help to replace my post for a while. After that, I explained the dilemma and expressed my sincere apology to the principal of the voluntary judge team. Fortunately, I did not delay my work owing to the postpone of the competition. This episode will always remind me to balance my schedule ahead of time.
在运动会开幕式正在进行时，一个挑战就到来了。我突然发现学生会的值班时间与志愿裁判的工作时间有所冲突.尽管我感到非常不安，我尽力让自己镇定下来，又赶快向一位舍友求助，让她帮我顶替一会儿工作。然后，我向志愿裁判团队的负责人解释了这个尴尬的处境并为此真诚地向她道歉。幸运的是，因为赛程推迟，我最终并没有耽误志愿裁判的工作。这次小插曲提醒我注意提前规划好我的时间，平衡好各项事务。
During the period of being a voluntary judge, I continuously helped students solve their problems, which contributed to a sense of achievement and satisfaction in my mind. For instance, I led a student who doubted his competition scores to ask the principal judge for help. Fortunately, the principal judge found and made up for the mistake in time. Another example was that I comforted a student who lost the game by telling her my own failure experience which showed that failure could be an opportunity for us to be stronger in the end.
在担任志愿裁判期间，我不断地帮助同学们解决问题，这让我有一种成就感、满足感。例如，我帮助一名对自己的比赛成绩有疑问同学找到负责裁判寻求帮助。幸运的是，负责裁判及时发现了成绩的问题并弥补了错误。另一个例子是我安慰了一位输掉比赛的同学。我对她讲述了我自己的失败经历，并从我的经历告诉她失败也可以成为我们最终变得更加强大的机会。
I firmly believe everyone will have their own sweet memories of the Sports Meeting of CCNU. In my view, it taught me a lesson that I am supposed to be ready to help all the time and never lose the passion for trying and facing challenges, which is an excellent approach to keeping vigorous and young.
我坚信每个人都有他们对于此次运动会的独特的美好回忆。在我看来，这次运动会让我明白，我们应该乐于伸出援手，不失尝试与面对挑战的热情，唯有如此，才能保持活力与青春！
