To help undergraduate students accurately grasp the current landscape of graduate admissions and scientifically plan their further study pathways, our school held a mobilization meeting for the 2027 undergraduate graduates on the afternoon of May 17 at Room N319 of the South Lake Comprehensive Building. Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee Jiang Keming and Associate Dean Zhai Shanshan attended the event. All 2023-level undergraduate students participated, and the meeting was hosted by Wang Le, the 2023-level undergraduate counselor.
Associate Dean Zhai Shanshan presented an in-depth analysis of changes in admission rates, the patterns of recommended postgraduate admissions versus entrance exams, and trends in major applications, based on admissions data from the past three years. In light of the new characteristics of the current examination environment, she guided students to rationally assess their own strengths, scientifically select target universities and majors, and avoid application risks. She also focused on explaining core preparation strategies and long-term planning methods, emphasizing the importance of practical action and a scientific pace in addressing graduate admission challenges, thus pointing out an efficient path for exam preparation.

Deputy Secretary Jiang Keming delivered a concluding mobilization speech, calling on students to firmly establish their aspirations for further study and maintain a proactive attitude. She encouraged everyone to reject blind anxiety, maintain strategic composure, and make rational choices based on a thorough understanding of themselves and the overall situation. She urged students to make good use of their time, prepare steadily, and approach their goals through genuine effort. She stated that the school would serve as the students' strongest support, offering multiple measures such as policy interpretation, peer mentoring, and preparation support to fully back every student on their path to advanced studies.

This event effectively addressed students' core concerns in graduate admission planning and further boosted their confidence in preparation. The school will focus on key phases by implementing tiered and targeted guidance, optimizing the management of study rooms for exam preparation, and carrying out preparation check-ins, supervision, and psychological support, thereby weaving a strong support network for graduate admissions and fully assisting the 2027 undergraduate graduates in preparing scientifically and achieving successful admission.
