On the morning of October 10, the Conference on Promoting the Development of the University Ideological and Political Work Series was held in Conference Room 203, Building B of the University Students' Activity Center. At the conference, Li Diao made four work arrangements. First, firmly establish the journal-running philosophy, adhere to the principle of "running the journal with a mission and distinct features", serve the growth and development of the national team engaged in university ideological and political work, focus on the practical problems in front-line education, solve problems through practical research, clarify the manuscript selection principles, and promote the iterative improvement of manuscript quality through expert guidance and editor feedback. Second, optimize the mechanism and structure, establish a "project-based" journal-running framework, improve the responsibility system and division of labor, and build a collaborative mechanism of "executive editor-in-chief + responsible editor". The executive editor-in-chief coordinates the overall progress and quality control, while the responsible editor takes charge of the whole process work such as manuscript revision and editor communication. More front-line counselors will be invited to participate in journal-running to improve their professional capabilities and literacy in the process. Third, build team consensus, put forward the construction goal of "aligning personal growth with team development", encourage team members to deepen their expertise in professional fields, and form a positive cycle of "achieving research results - promoting growth through results - feeding back to the team with growth". Fourth, plan promotion strategies, formulate a two-pronged strategy of "problem-oriented + brand upgrading", take practical research as the core advantage, and promote through multiple channels to enhance the popularity and influence of the series.
