To help students optimize their resumes and further enhance their employability, the Jingshi Career Development Studio held the 4th session of the "Resume Clinic Entering the Community" activity from October 11 to 14. The event took place at the Comprehensive Service Center of the "One-Stop" Student Community in Building 2 of Nanhu Campus, as well as in Classrooms 10062 and 10104 of the Nanhu Complex Building. Two professional instructors, Teacher Fan Qidi and Teacher Li Xin, were invited to conduct in-depth exchanges with the students. They put forward targeted optimization suggestions for the specific problems existing in each student's resume, providing precise guidance to help improve the quality of the resumes.
In this event, the two instructors provided comprehensive and in-depth resume analysis and career development consultation for the participating students. The guidance process not only covered basic elements such as resume module layout and format specifications but also extended to the strategic optimization of content expression. The instructors carefully reviewed each resume, guiding students to transform vague descriptions of their past experiences into quantifiable and perceptible achievement displays. They also emphasized how to explore and highlight core competencies and key project experiences that are highly aligned with the desired positions. In addition, the instructors did not limit themselves to revising the existing documents but further discussed with the students their respective career interests and development paths. By analyzing industry trends and job requirements, the instructors helped the students integrate resume improvement with long-term career planning, making resume polishing no longer an isolated link but an important step in the blueprint of personal career development.
During the guidance session, the instructors started from two dimensions—resume structure and content. They not only paid attention to the rationality of the overall layout but also attached great importance to the professionalism of specific expressions, guiding students to transform their past experiences into wonderful presentations that highlight their personal abilities and achievements. After the event, the participating students generally reported that they had gained a lot.
