Attendees included Huang Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee, Li Na, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee from the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, Wang Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee from the School of Sociology, as well as 32 counselors from various training units. The event was presided over by Deng Fei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Artificial Intelligence Education.

At the beginning of the event, Deng Fei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, warmly welcomed all attendees. He underscored the core theme of the first "Research and Study Forum" salon of the 2025 Spring Semester, emphasizing that information technology constitutes a vital instrument for elevating the efficacy of educational management. He conveyed the expectation that through this exchange, counselors would acquire proficiency in deploying intelligent tools, delve into pioneering methodologies for ideological and political work in the contemporary era, and contribute to fostering a smart education ecosystem.

In the thematic sharing session, Li Yangyang, Training Director of XiaoYa AI Education Platform from the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, delivered a presentation titled "Integration of Digital Intelligence and Collaborative Education: XiaoYa Platform Empowering College Counselors with New Practices in Digital-Intelligence Nurturing." He systematically introduced the functions and applications of the intelligent education platform "XiaoYa," covering platform login, course resource downloading, online lesson preparation, classroom interaction, homework management, and operational support. Through case demonstrations, he illustrated how to utilize the platform for full-process digital management. He emphasized that through data integration and intelligent analysis, XiaoYa can accurately identify students' needs, assist counselors in dynamically adjusting nurturing strategies, and provide scientific support for personalized guidance.

Subsequently, Jin Yuhui, a full-time undergraduate counselor from the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, presented on the theme "Mind-Connectivity and Quality Enhancement: Smart Psychology Building a New Paradigm of One-Stop Psychological Nurturing Services." He introduced the achievements of the "Smart Psychology" project, beginning with the platform's three key features: safety and stability, efficiency and convenience, functionality and scalability. He elaborated on the operational logic of core modules such as psychological consultation appointment, crisis early warning, resource push, and data traceability. He mentioned that "Smart Psychology" integrates on-campus resources and simplifies operational processes, not only ensuring student privacy and security but also significantly reducing counselors' administrative burdens, facilitating a shift in psychological nurturing from "passive response" to "proactive intervention."

During the exchange session, participating counselors, based on their practical work experiences, engaged in discussions around issues such as technical compatibility in platform usage and data sharing mechanisms. Li Yangyang and Jin Yuhui addressed each question and collected optimization suggestions, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere.

At the conclusion of the event, Huang Tao, Party Secretary of the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, delivered a summary speech regarding the current "Research and Study Forum" session. He fully affirmed the innovative value of information-based methods in nurturing practices and put forward three expectations for counselors' work: The first is to strengthen standardization. Skillfully utilizing technological tools to optimize workflows and ensuring educational management is conducted with clear bases and guidelines. The second is to emphasize innovation. Proactively exploring the deep integration of technologies such as AI and big data with ideological and political education to create distinctive nurturing brands. The third is to focuse on collaboration. Enhancing cross-departmental data exchange and resource linkage to construct a smart education ecosystem featuring "full participation and comprehensive coverage." He stressed that counselor teams should proactively embrace technological transformation, leveraging information technology to empower professional development and drive quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in counselors' nurturing work.

Through case sharing and practical guidance, this salon provided counselors with application ideas for information-based tools, assisting in the construction of a precise, efficient, and intelligent educational management model. It laid the foundation for further enhancing the scientific level of ideological and political work.
