Build a development community and empower part-time counselors to grow
In his opening remarks, Yang Kejun stated that the team of part-time counselors is "half of the sky" in student work, shouldering important responsibilities such as safety, stability and ideological education. Combined with his own experience as a part-time counselor, he demonstrated the crucial role of systematic training in career growth, and proposed that "we should not only set requirements, but also provide resources and development opportunities." He suggested that the training units should strengthen university-college collaboration and experience sharing, build a "development community" of student work, help part-time counselors improve their abilities in practice, and realize the career progression of "promising and talented".

Practical experience sharing: Multi-dimensional path to improve test preparation efficiency
Four full-time counselors shared their experience in preparing for the exams. Qiu Ling put forward the strategy of "three-dimensional collaboration", emphasizing career positioning, resource integration and dynamic adjustment. Xu Yuan systematically analyzed the law of the written examination proposition, and suggested improving the efficiency of exam preparation by intensively reading policy documents, tracking current political hot spots and using mnemonic formulas for memorization. Shu Jiaxin analyzed the core skills of leaderless group discussion, emphasizing role adaptation, rhythm control and high-quality collaboration. Zeng Shuang focused on "structured thinking" and extracted the methodology from daily scenarios such as heart-to-heart talks and thematic class meetings.

Take the problem as the subject, and make daily life as the examination room
After the sharing, the teachers actively raised questions, creating a lively atmosphere at the scene. Cheng Xiuli fully affirmed the practical value of shared content in her concluding speech. She stressed that counselors need to "transform daily affairs into structured capacity reserves", and turn pain points and difficulties in work into breakthroughs for professional growth through case accumulation, process standardization and continuous reflection. She called on all counselors to "take problems as the subject and practice as the examination room", deepen theoretical cognition in heart-to-heart talks, crisis management and other scenes, and comprehensively enhance professional competitiveness.

Through the sharing of experience such as theoretical analysis, case analysis and strategy refining, this salon provided effective suggestions for the improvement of professional ability of counselors. It further strengthened the awareness of collaborative development of the student affairs team, and injected new impetus into the high - quality development of talent cultivation and student work in the school.
