The new semester brings new atmosphere, new development and new growth. In order to further make a good plan for the new semester and implement the epidemic prevention and control work, at 16:00 on March 1st, 2021, the 2020 undergraduates of the Academy of Fine Arts participated in the "Are you ready for school?" winter holiday roll call in Room 8401.
The roll call after holiday serves as an important link in ideological and political education. It is also a good opportunity for students to guide their study in the new semester. What’s more, it is the first required course for students in the new semester.
Before the roll call began, the students were still immersed in the active atmosphere of the holiday. They said "Happy New Year" to each other with the counselors and shared the "funny stories" of the holiday with each other. With the sound of the roll call, the students quickly got into the mood.
First of all, according to the students' winter holiday social practice activities, the final results of the last semester, holiday irregular routine, from the "mentality", "dormitory life", "sports", "learning" four aspects of education, the teacher Tang Yijia guided the students to be full of expectations for the new semester and treat the new semester as a new starting point. In order to ensure the quality of learning, the teacher Tang further put forward specific requirements for students to make a study plan, do well in each class, take good class notes, keep learning enthusiasm and so on. At the same time, the teacher Tang reminded students to establish psychological preparation for the normal, long-term epidemic prevention and control, and especially stressed the need to pay attention to personal hygiene, develop green and healthy habits.
Then, in order to help students improve themselves, to stimulate learning enthusiasm and achievement, the teacher Wang Lu introduced students to the "Academic Workshop" - interest group activities. She wished the students to actively set up and join the interest group, develop learning initiative, form the learning atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance, strengthen the cultivation of the knowledge outside the classroom, and finally achieve the goal of comprehensive development.
At the end of the activity, teachers Wang Lu and Tang Yijia gave the students the most sincere wishes on their study and life, which effectively enhanced the students' enthusiasm for learning and their awareness of keeping healthy, and provided a strong shot for the progress of the new semester.
