(Correspondent: Wang Qiuge) On November 5-7, 2020, the Vice President of the College of Physical Science and Technology, Huang Guangming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Cao Yang and teacher Qiao Cuilan and Wang Qiuge went to Hainan to carry out the work of exploiting the job market, visiting alumni interns. During this period, the four teachers visited and investigated Hainan Middle School--a key middle school in Hainan, RDFZ Sanya School and the Education Bureau of Sanya, Hainan.
In the visit and investigation of Hainan Middle School, the four teachers of our school had an exchange discussion with two Vice Principals, the Office Director, the Deputy Chief of Academic Affairs and other relevant leaders of Hainan Middle School. Some excellent alumni graduated from our school who were employed in the school and some interns of our College attended this symposium. During the meeting, both sides had a deep communication on strengthening cooperation in internship, employment and enrollment, and listened to the recruitment requirements of Hainan Middle School and suggestions for interns from our school. The Vice President Huang Guangming expressed his appreciation to Hainan Middle School for its supports for our school’s internship work after the epidemic, and hoped that both sides could further strengthen cooperation in talent training, internship base construction, graduates employment and other aspects.

Then, the four teachers of our school visited RDFZ Sanya School and had a discussion with Mi Qi, the headmaster of the school and the 1998 alumni of our school, and some teachers. RDFZ Sanya School made it clear that it would increase its support for interns and take our school as the main position of campus recruitment in the future.

In the end, the four teachers of our school visited the Deputy Director Li Liping of the Education Bureau of Sanya, Hainan. In the communication with Deputy Director Li, Deputy Secretary Cao Yang, on behalf of the school Employment Office and the College of Physical Science and Technology, expressed the appreciation for the past support of the Education Bureau of Sanya and relevant schools for the graduates of our school. And at the same time, he hoped that the Education Bureau of Hainan could enlarge the recruitment of graduates of our school. In response to Deputy Secretary Cao Yang, Deputy Director Li clearly introduced the recruitment policy to the four teachers.
So far, the work of exploiting the job market came to a smooth end. The visit and investigation has not only enhanced the communication between our school and key job unit and internship unit, but also collected feedback and suggestions from a large number of job units on talent training in our college.
