At noon on November 11, the joint meeting of the League branch secretaries of the College of Physical Science and Technology was successfully held in the lecture hall on the 12th floor of Building 9. Tang Xinyue, primary Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Zhang Chenxin, secondary Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Zhao Chenru, director of the Organization Department, as well as League secretaries from all classes of Grade 2000 attended the meeting. Li Meilin, a member of the Organization Department, presided over the meeting.
Zhao Chenru commented on the activity materials of the Youth League activities. She praised the materials actively submitted by each class, and pointed out that there were some problems, such as the lack of the content, the interactive photo screenshots, the exact number of people taking part in the activities and the layout of planning plans, along with the wrong submission format. In addition, she hoped that everyone could pay attention to the problems and strive to do better next time.
In the exchanging and discussing section of League branch secretaries, all the secretaries freely shared their work experience during this period, and their efforts to explore the forms of the Youth League activities that can attract students to actively participate in, so that everyone can be more proficient in the future League organization work and serve the students more efficiently.
Tang Xinyue praised the League branch secretaries of each class, for according to the data released by the Youth League Committee of the university, the completion rate of students' online learning of League Lecture in the College of Physical Science and Technology has been greatly improved, and she encouraged the secretaries to continue to maintain it. Secondly, she explained the content and form of the Youth League activities again, pointing out that the forms of the activities need to be innovated to be more abundant. She also stressed that this month's Youth League activities should be carried out around the topic of Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, hoping that all League branch secretaries could make full preparations.
In the end, Zhang Chenxin made a supplementary explanation on the error of some League members' basic information in the construction of the smart League, and proposed that the secretaries of each league branch could confirm and modify the basic information of the league members in their own classes.
