On November 8th, the first training course of "being concentric to histories, growing with classic wisdom" was held successfully by the School of Economics and Business Administration in conference room 10127 in Nanhu Complex Building. People participating at the training included main student cadres of the 36th Youth League Committee Student Union, students of the 2020 Youth Leadership Growth Workshop, staff of the functional departments of the Youth League Committee, cadres of grade 2020, the league branch secretary as well as monitors of each class, and the league members to be developed. The training was presided over by Tao Yang, who was in charge of the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee.
At the beginning of the course, Yue Zhengrong, deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, explained to all the students "how to balance interpersonal relationship and student work". He mentioned what a student cadre was, and took himself, acting as a student cadre, as an example to show the problems with interpersonal communication during his college time. After that, he also cited five types of problems and five kinds of psychological barriers in handling interpersonal relationship as student cadres. Based on those, he gave the basic principles of interpersonal communication and five relations should be properly handled. He stressed that student cadres should do their jobs with a high sense of responsibility, deal with interpersonal relations with a modest attitude, and work in a team with a win-win attitude.

Later, Zhang Wenyi, the executive President of the 36th Student Union, introduced to all participants the structure of the 36th Youth League Committee and the Student Union, also the training mode of "Youth Leadership Growth Workshop" in detail. Bao Mi, deputy director of the office, introduced the practical application of office assets to all the students, and listed the matters needing attention one by one, from venue rental, asset management to reimbursement procedures. Through systematic explanation, students had a deeper understanding of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union of the School.

Finally, all the students learned the course "how to learn the theory of the group" online which was made by Bo Ya Youth. The lesson was given by Li Jie from the Youth League Committee of China Rural Research Institute. As for the theoretical study of Youth League, he introduced why, what and how to learn. Then he recommended the learning resources and channels of Youth League, so that the students could learn the theoretical knowledge more conveniently.
This training content was rich, and student benefited a lot. Through this training, students had a clearer understanding of student cadres, student organizations and the theory of league and school. They also laid a solid foundation for the better completion of league and school work in the future.
