The Voice of CCNU News On the evening of November 8th, the November Joint meeting of the CCNU School of Chemistry was held successfully in classroom 201 of Shaw Chemical Building. Participants included Ma Ying, secretary of the League Committee of the School of Chemistry; Song Zexuan, deputy secretary of the Student League Committee of the School of Chemistry; Mao Li, deputy secretary of the League Committee and director of the propaganda center; Xiao Renke, director of the organization department of the League Committee of the School of Chemistry, deputy directors Chen Yuxi and Zhang Qi; general League Committee branch of 17, 18, 19 , organization ministers and League Secretary of each class.
The meeting was hosted by the CCNU School of Chemistry Committee of the Communist Youth League, and was organized by the Organization Department of the School of Chemistry League Committee. The purpose of the meeting was to summarize and commend the activities of the League branches in October, and to explain the arrangements for the activities of the League branches in November.
At the beginning of the meeting, the hostess Chen Yuxi gave an opening remarks and issued the recommended theme of the November League Day event. After announcing the ranking of the October League Day event, she praised Class 1808. She said class 1808 scored the highest on press releases, with the basic format being correct and the high rate of contributions on school media and off-campus websites. In order to enhance the ability of each League branch to write press releases, Chen Yuxi invited Mao Li to explain in detail the writing standards and matters needing attention of the press releases for each League branch department member, which set strict standards for the future press release writing of each League branch department.
Subsequently, Xiao Renke shared the recent political news with the League branches, which could be mainly divided into the introduction and newsletter of the fourth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. When introducing the fourth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, he expressed the hope that the members of the League branches would pay more attention to the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on adhering to and perfecting the Socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the Modernization of the State Governance system and Governance ability," so as to enhance their own ideological state. At the same time, he also shared four newsletters, from opening up to the outside world, reducing the burden scientifically, increasing the “burden" of undergraduates to the ending work of CISM World Games, which broadened the horizons of the members of each League branch.
In order to improve the quality of the League Day activities held by the League branches in November, the Organization Department also invited Ma Xueming, a member of the 1703 League Branch, to impart the experience of the activities to the other League branches. Ma Xueming stressed: "it is best to choose topics that are meaningful and beneficial to everyone, so that you can really help everyone."
Finally, Chen Yuxi concluded the meeting and announced the successful ending of the meeting. After the departure of the League Branch of 17,18, Xiao Renke also gave on-site guidance on the problems arising from the League Branch of 19’s information filing , and expressed the hope that the work of the League branch could be carried out smoothly.
