The Voice of CCNU In order to do a good job of education with temperature and improve the mental health education ability of counselors, at 14:30 PM on March 20, 2025, the fourth counselor Salon hosted by the Student Work Department of the Party Committee of Central China Normal University and the Mental Health Education Center was successfully held in conference Room 918 on the 9th floor of Building 9, hosted by the Growth and Development Studio of Qiuzhen Counselors and the College of Life Sciences. With the theme of "From 0 to 1, the initial experience of psychological micro-class creation", the salon was lectured by Ms. Luo Sha, a full-time counselor from the School of Journalism and Communication, and 16 people, including Ms. Yu Haijun, a full-time teacher from the Mental Health Education Center and full-time and part-time counselors from various colleges, signed up to explore innovative forms of mental health education.
At the beginning of the salon, Ms. Luo deeply expounded the important value of psychological micro-lessons in college students' mental health education, analyzed its unique advantages compared with traditional courses, and gave counselors a new understanding of psychological micro-lessons and clarified the important direction of creation. In the explanation of the creation process, Ms. Luo analyzed every key step in detail, from topic planning, teaching design, script writing, material collection, shooting, recording and post-editing, and provided clear operational guidance for the counselors in combination with actual cases.
In the practical experience sharing stage, teacher Luo Sha unreservedly shared the problems and solutions encountered in the process of leading the student team to create award-winning micro-lessons. By demonstrating excellent cases, she intuitively presented the diverse creation effects and presentation forms of psychological micro-lessons, which greatly inspired the creation of counselors. In the interactive communication session, the atmosphere was warm, and the counselors exchanged and discussed the questions in the creation and the problems in the daily mental health education work with teacher Luo Sha, and Teacher Luo Sha patiently answered them one by one, jointly promoting the expansion of mental health education work ideas.
The successful holding of the counselor Salon provided a valuable learning and communication platform for the counselors of our school, helped them improve their ability to create psychological micro-lessons, injected new vitality into the mental health education of college students, and promoted the school's mental health education work to a new level.
