Voice of CCNU At 14:00 on November 22, 2023, the eighth counselor theme salon - "How to do a good job in the ideological and political education of students of different grades" was successfully held in Room 901 of Tianjiabing Education College, sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs and hosted by the School of Education. Zhang Ai, full-time counselor of the School of Fine Arts, and Wang Shiwei, full-time counselor of the School of Education, shared the theme successively. Li Xianling, Deputy Director of the Ideological and Political Office of the Office of Student Affairs, Wang Lu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Education, and representatives of full-time and part-time counselors of various colleges participated in the salon, which was presided over by Deputy Director Li Xianling.
Li Xianling, Deputy Director of the Ideological and Political Affairs Department of the Office of Student Affairs, introduced the situation of the salon, stressing that the counselor salon is an important platform to promote the growth of counselors, and she hoped that all professional and part-time counselors will be demand-oriented, problem-oriented and practice-oriented, and continuously improve their business ability in mutual learning, exchange and discussion, and truly be student-centered. She also hoped that they can accurately grasp the needs of different groups of students at different stages, and do a good job in the mass ideological and political education of students in different grades under the new situation.
With the theme of "How to do a good job in the daily management of the grade", Zhang Ai, the full-time counselor of the School of Fine Arts, shared the experience of the daily management of the grade from three aspects:"empathy: driving value, staying consistent", "effectiveness: mastering the law, achieving twice the result with half the effort", and "strength: implementation, refining, constant innovation", combined with vivid cases.
Professor Wang Shiwei, full-time counselor for undergraduate students in the School of Education, focused on "doing a good job in 'diversified' ideological and political education, paving a 'warm' career road", and proposed three measures of "tailored, three-in-one improvement of career education", "targeted force, leading Party building, promoting employment and improving quality", and "implementing policies by people and taking multiple measures to strengthen precise assistance". She also gave them some suggestions on how to carry out employment education in the whole process and all-round way.
