The Voice of CCNU To practically do a good job in the employment of 2022 graduates, further expand employment channels and guide students to correctly understand the situation and environment of employment, after issuing A Letter from the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences of CCNU to Employing Units and Alumni, the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences actively expanded social employment resources and invited Hubei Agricultural Planning and Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as API) to hold a special job fair at the conference room 607 in the school. The fair was presided over by Ao Rongjun, president of the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences.

First, President Ao introduced the major setting and training system of the school and the whole situation of the 2022 graduates. He expressed the hope that the school and enterprises would bring their respective advantages to full play, constantly broaden the field of cooperation between schools and enterprises, deepen the content of cooperation, improve the level and actual effect of cooperation, and explore new modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises together.
Then, Yan Shenghua, head planner of Hubei API delivered a special speech themed as The Whole Process Operation and Management Mode of the Comprehensive Territorial Renovation Project for teachers and students, which introduced the main cases of project types and management mode of Hubei API.
Finally, Jia Zhenzhen, office chief of Hubei API introduced the posts and requirements issued currently by the institute in detail. She also introduced the training plan, development way, promotion space and salary after attaining employment to students.
Under the circumstances of severe employment pressure and normalization of the pandemic, the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences always takes the employment of graduates as the top priority of student affairs throughout. By means of “encouraging students to go out of the university” and “inviting enterprises to enter the university”, the school accurately introduced employing units from all regions, industries and levels to expand employment channels for students and achieved high-quality employment of graduates.
At the same time, the school carried out a series of activities such as “talking with working people face to face” “training camp of job hunting”, implemented the employment assistance plan named “One Student One Strategy”, helped students understand the employment and industry situation, guided students to actively get employed, and improved students' job-hunting skills by means of simulation training.
